- Payment Options ~ S. Moser Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. I also accept personal checks, (a $25.00 fee will be added to any check that is returned) cashier's checks and money orders. All orders will ship after verification of funds. Phone orders are also welcome.
- Ordering ~ All orders are processed using Paypal. If you prefer not signing up for a Paypal account, you can just click on the "I don't have a Paypal account" button and bypass that step. Paypal uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of all transactions. All personal information obtained from you is kept confidential.
- International Orders ~ Currently, S. Moser Designs ships to anywhere in the United States and Canada.
- Custom Orders ~ I welcome all custom orders. Just contact me and let me know what you are looking for, and I'll get back to you with the details. I require a 50%, non-refundable, deposit on all custom work. All custom work sales are final.

Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping ~ All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $6.00. Free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
- Delivery ~ In stock items are shipped immediately upon verification of funds, usually within 3-5 business days.
Return Policy
- At S. Moser Designs, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any item can be returned for full credit (less shipping and handling charges) as long as it is in the original condition (unworn and damage free) within 14 days of receipt. Please call or email before returning an item, stating the reason for the return and estimated arrival time of return. Also, you need to insure the item you are returning, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. All items must be accompanied by original receipt, and returned via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, due to improper shipping.
